have been trying hard to keep myself busy for the past few days, so as to keep disturbing thoughts abay. it'd been non-stop work for more than twelve hours a day, and my body finally succumbed to the lack of rest yesterday, culminating in a fever. i still love working, because at least i know that even if i break down physically, it'll keep me going mentally...for how long, i cant even give an estimate.

i went to nj ytday, with the hope of seeing mr sim. but as expected, he wasnt in his office. it was quite a nice fuzzy feeling seeing the year ones having orientation (it's 2nd week into the new year and they're still at it?). time really flies...it seems like a moment ago when i just stepped into the school and made new friends...all that jazz is now over and part of history. i still keep the piece of paper that we passed around and got ppl in the OG to write notes about you...and i distinctly rmbr stuff written by people like alvin tan. haha. well, i think he's probably regretting what he wrote now. :) it was fun anyway. i saw my angel too (or was she my mortal?) but didnt dare go say hi. dunno whats wrong with me...i never dare get close to her...even though, before the whole angel-mortal game was over, we were like the closest of sisters through letter-writing. things just turn out differently somehow. oh wells. that's nj life over in a flash.
the rain's been persistent for the past few days and it's frustrating. i dont exactly like going out of the house when it rains but staying in doesnt feel good either. wonder when it'll give us a break...
